2. What payment methods does Souchaj accept and is it safe to use my credit card online, once I place my order?

Souchaj offers various online payment methods such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay once you’re done with your order and customization with Team Souchaj. The option of BankTransfer is also available to customers throughout the world. All your details and data will be securely transmitted from end-to- end via SSL encryption.

4. Which countries does Souchaj ship to?

Souchaj ships worldwide. You can get your order anywhere in the world.

5. How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?

Our all online orders are, Made to Order. Luxury-Pret items take up to 3-4 weeks and Made to Order Formal or Couture items take 8-12 weeks. In case, if you don’t get your order in the specified time, please contact our customer service representatives.

6. Do you offer same day delivery?

Souchaj offers Made to Order service. Souchaj doesn’t offer ready to wear.

7. How much tax would I have to pay if I place an order by using online services? Does it cover duty charges as well?

For international customers, tax and custom charges may apply according to the location. However, for national customers, we offer free shipping and don’t charge any custom/tax charges.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will be issued with a unique order number. This will help you to track your order(s). At any point, you may use that number to find out about the order with our customer care team and ask them to update with your current order status.

9. How can I cancel my order if I have placed it? Am I allowed to make changes once I’ve finalized it?


You can change or cancel your order within 48 hours and ask our customer service to update you with the order status in next 24 hrs. Kindly note, No order can be changed or cancelled after 48 hours. You cannot skip/add any other piece to your existent order after 48 hours. If you want to make any amendments after 48 hours, please email or call our customer care for assistance. Moreover you can also get your billing and shipping details changed within 48 hours.

10. Will the products (in real) will vary in color from the images shown on website?

Team Souchaj always tries to update customers with real- time close colors of products by getting color swatches approved. Moreover, team Souchaj has made every possible effort to display the colors of the items as accurate as possible. But, there’s a chance of color difference between the actual color and what you see on your screen. We never commit that the color of the outfit will be same as you see in the pictures because every electronic screen changes display.
